About The Congress

The 6th National Congress of Indonesian Hemophilia Society Virtual Summit is a triennial national meeting of all members in our community, including multidisciplinary medical doctors, patients and laymen, researchers, regulators, policy makers and industry representatives in hemophilia care in Indonesia. The purpose is to provide discussion, strengthening collaboration and support of hemophilia community.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the congress will be held virtually on February 26th-28th, 2021 to ensure the safety of our community. The main theme of the congress is “Road to a better hemophilia care” and will include series of symposia, workshops, exhibitions, and sharing sessions dedicated to serve the yearning for updates and an impactful outcome to achieve improvement in hemophilia care in Indonesia

General information and guidelines

Requirement:

  • The abstracts must not have been published before
  • Abstracts should be clear, concise, and written in English
  • Abstracts should not exceed 350 words
  • Your abstract must include the following sections:
    • Introduction and Objective
    • Material dan methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions
    • For case report/case series, your abstract must include:
      • Introduction
      • Case presentation
      • Discussion
      • Conclusion
    • Do NOT include images, references, credits or grant support in your abstract.

Submission & Notification

  • Open submission
  • : December 21st, 2020
  • Deadline submission
  • : February 5th, 2021
  • Acceptance notification
  • :February 10th, 2021

Poster upload instructions:

  • Abstract presenters will receive an email from the organizing committee regarding their abstract acceptance at the latest on January 27th, 2021.
  • For those whom the abstract were accepted, the abstract presenter should develop e-poster.
  • Abstract presenters should have received an email from [email protected] with their login information and detailed instructions on how to create their e-Poster. If you have not received this email, please contact us at [email protected]
  • Abstract presenters should develop e-poster on the website of the 6th National Congress Indonesian Of Hemophilia Society Virtual Summit You will still be able to make edits until February 26th, 2021. You could not be able to make edits afterwards.

CERTIFICATE

  • Certificates will be issued for attendance, speakers, moderators, poster presenters.
  • Please note that CME credits can only be claimed for sessions viewed from February 26-28th, 2021. Credit cannot be claimed for sessions watched on demand after the event.
  • How do I claim credits?
    • Workshop
      Participants will have to present for the whole session and actively engage in the live sessions taking place during the workshop, including the pre and posttest or the live pool questions
    • Symposium
      Participants will have to attend 2 parallel symposium and 1 supported symposium every day, with duration minimum 1 hours for each session.
